Healing Pharmatech [HPPL] is an GMP certified quality driven pharmaceutical pre-formulation intermediate [PFI] manufacturing company engaged in development and manufacturing of Generic Modified Release [Delayed / Enteric / Sustained / Extended / Prolonged / Immediate / Super bioavailable (SUBA)] Pellets / MUPS / Micropills, established in year Nov 2018 for product development, and commenced its commercial operations from Apr 2020 to cater to the domestic market for human consumption oral formulations.
In year Nov 2022, an aspiring group of technical directors with postgraduate of Pharmacy qualification, whose having decades of diversified experience in reputed organization for commercialization of similar product portfolios in regulated market acquired the 100% stake in HPPL and expanded to meet the international regulations.
The team has Three decades of experience in areas, which are backbone of Pharmaceutical Industry like Development, Facility compliance, Production, Marketing, Quality Systems and Regulatory Affairs.
The business model of the organization is development, technology transfer and commercial supply of Pre-formulation intermediates as per the customer specification or reference product or Pharmacopoeia to the formulation manufacturers.

Manufacturing facility and system meets regulations as per the Indian GMP, PICs and ICH guidelines.
We are not manufacturing any Penicillin/Cephalosporin/Biologics/hormones/Living microorganisms in this shared facility. We have a dedicated manufacturing module to manufacture pellets using highly active APIs.

HPPL is a Pre-formulation intermediates manufacturing company, which manufacture and deliver the products in bulk to different formulation manufacturers to fill & sell with their brand names in retail pharmacies to the patients.
Since our product is filling into capsules without any modification, we believe we are responsible for the patients’ health.

Dr. Bhanu Prasad Mikkilineni, Managing Director of Healing Pharmatech Pvt Ltd since Jan’ 2023, responsible for Business Development and Mission Compliance. He was a member of Board of Directors of Pellets Pharma Limited from its inception in 2003 to 2022. He holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical sciences in “Novel Drug Delivery Systems”. He started his career as a manufacturing chemist in formulations. Later, he enthused and gained experience in quality control and product development of different formulations including sterile formulations. As a part of his career challenges, he was self-driven to work in the departments of Quality Unit and Regulatory affairs for reputed organizations like Pharval, Granules India and Aurobindo. He has 30+ years of vast experience and gained opportunities to work for different regulatory markets around the globe for compliance and product registrations. In year 2004, joined as Technical Director in Pellets Pharma. He is responsible to build a culture of quality within the company and provides guidance to all levels of the organization. This includes establishing and maintaining Objectives, quality standards and product regulatory filings.
Mr. Mohan Rao Gaddipati, Joint Managing Director of Healing Pharmatech Pvt Ltd since Apr 2023 and responsible for Supply chain, Projects, Liaisoning, Accounts and Financial activities. He was a member of Board of Directors of Pellets Pharma Limited from its inception (2003-2023). He accomplished his Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Technology and he is graduate in Company laws. He has 30+ years of experience in pharmaceutical field and started his career with NATCO Pharma in year 1993. In this journey, he has proficient associations with various reputed organizations like Wyeth Lederly, P&G and Ranbaxy Limited. In year 2003, joined in Pellets Pharma as Technical Director. He has vast experience in the fields of supply chain and commissioning of green field projects.
Mr. Basava Sankar Gaddipati, Joint Managing Director of Healing Pharmatech Pvt Ltd since Apr 2023 and responsible for Plant Operations and Product development. He was a member of Board of Directors of Pellets Pharma Limited from its inception (2003-2023). He pursued his master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Technology. He has eminent experience of 30+ years in product development and commercialization. In his ongoing career, he started his carrier as Research Scientist at NATCO Pharma on different oral formulations like liquids, solids and Modified Release products. In 2003, he joined in Pellets Pharma as Technical Director and has worked on many complex molecules and has successfully developed them as generic pellets formulations for registration at different countries.
